My two greatest strengths
1. One of my greatest strengths is that I have the ability
to motivate myself to reach my goal. I wouldn’t need anyone to push me forward
to reach my goal. Every time I am feeling down and I feel like I want to quit, I
just tell myself “you can do it, it will all pay off later”. There has been many
times where I wanted to drop out of high school, but I manage to still pull
through and make it and graduate. Another thing that I was able to accomplish
was getting through my first year of college with good grades. I am the type of
person who hates school and I am very lazy. However, I still manage to get all
A’s and B’s in my classes in freshman year. I was able to make my mom happy,
which was a great accomplishment.
2. One of my other greatest strength is that I able to help
others with their problems. I have the ability to encourage others to do better
even if I’m going through my own problems. I also have the ability to encourage
him or her to do better in life and show them right from wrong. Sometimes
people just need the helping hand because they do not have someone to help them
guide them in the right path.
My two eras for
improvement
Short-term plan
Make sure I
don’t get lazy and do not think about myself but think about my family and
friends.
Long-term plan
Write
down my goals to remind me to reach it every day that I wake up. Make sure I
don’t get lazy or give up on reaching my goal.
Insight about my performance
Knowing how long I’ve come and
where I am at today I feel satisfy and happy. I am happy to know that I am one
step closer to my dream and knowing that I will make my mom happy and proof to
others and myself that I was able to accomplish what I thought was not able to
accomplish.
